This Privacy and Cookie Policy, hereinafter referred to as the «Website,» outlines the principles for processing and protecting personal data as well as the use of cookies and other technologies such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel in connection with users’ use of the Website, as well as their use of services offered via the Website.
§1 Definitions

- User: Any entity browsing the content of the Website.
- GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
§ 2 Personal Data
- The Administrator of the User’s personal data within the meaning of GDPR is the Administrator.
- The User may provide their personal data to the Administrator through forms available on the Website, particularly the order form, newsletter signup form, contact form, and comment for).
- The legal basis for processing Users’ personal data is the User’s voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent given via the appropriate form on the Website.
- Personal data may also be processed in cases where the Administrator is authorized to process personal data based on legal provisions or to perform a contract between the parties.
- Personal data provided to the Administrator by the User via the order form (training, trip, retreat) is processed for the purpose of executing a contract made remotely via mail. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary for the User to enter into a sales contract with the Administrator. This data will be processed for the duration of the order and the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator (e.g., tax-accounting), as well as in case of claims.
- Personal data provided to the Administrator by the User via the newsletter signup form is processed to send the User a newsletter containing information about news and promotions. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary for the User to sign up and receive the newsletter. Data processing for this purpose takes place solely with the User’s consent, which the User can express via the newsletter signup form and can withdraw at any time. This data will be processed until the newsletter is no longer sent or until the User withdraws their consent. – remove this point if you do not send newsletters from your site
- Personal data provided to the Administrator by the User via the contact form is processed to respond to inquiries sent via the form. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary for the User to receive a response. Data processing for this purpose is based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Art.6 para.1 lit.f GDPR). This data will be processed until the correspondence is completed and for 2 years after its completion.
- The Administrator may entrust personal data to other entities with whom it carries out the goals mentioned in the previous points (Pilates and Yoga Studios, where you can practice Pilates and yoga with me, Event-, retreat-, and travel locations).
- The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to him.
- Personal data is collected with due care and properly protected from access by unauthorized persons, and its processing is carried out in accordance with and under the conditions specified in:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services.
- The Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data.
§ 3 User Rights
- The User has rights related to the processing of their personal data, including:
- The right to access data
- The right to correct data
- The right to restrict data processing
- The right to object to data processing
- The right to delete data (the so-called right to be forgotten)
- The right to data portability
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data by the Administrator
- The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time if the User has previously given such consent.

§ 4 Collected Information
- When the User uses the Website, data about the User is automatically collected. This data includes, among others: IP address, domain name, browser type, and operating system type. This data may be collected by cookies, as well as logged in the server logs.
- Cookies are files sent to the User’s computer or other device (e.g., laptop, smartphone, tablet) while browsing the Website. Cookies remember the User’s preferences, which helps improve the quality of the services provided, enhance search results, the relevance of displayed information, and anonymously track the User’s preferences.
- The User consents to the storage or access to cookies by the Administrator on their device through the settings of the browser installed on the User’s device.
- The User can resign from cookies by selecting appropriate settings in the web browser they use. In such a case, using the Website may become more difficult for the User (e.g., the website may run slower).
- The User can delete existing cookies from their device by using appropriate functions of the web browser, dedicated programs for this purpose, or by utilizing relevant tools available within the operating system the User uses.
- Using the Website involves sending queries to the server where the Website is hosted. Each such query is recorded in the server logs. Logs include, among others: the User’s IP address, the date and time of logging into the server, information about the used web browser, and the operating system.
- The data stored in the server logs is not combined in any way with specific Users of the Website and is not used by the Administrator to identify the User. The server logs are used to manage the Website, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to manage the server.
- The Website uses technologies that anonymously record the actions taken by the User while using the Website. These include:

- Facebook Pixel – used to manage and optimize advertising on Facebook
- The data obtained through these tools is not combined in any way with specific Users of the Website and is not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
- The consequence of using the technologies listed in § 3 pt. 8 is the optimization of the Website, its content, and the Product offer to the needs of the User.
